Frequently asked questions
Can storage and fulfillment be discussed together?
Yes. Include both requirements in the inquiry so receiving, storage and outbound work can be reviewed as one scope. Availability and service details must be confirmed in the quote.
Can I book special-handling cargo immediately?
Hazardous, temperature-controlled, oversized and overweight cargo require shipment-specific review. Arrange delivery only after acceptance and handling requirements are confirmed.
How is a warehouse quote prepared?
The scope depends on inventory volume, storage duration, handling tasks and outbound orders. Include expected peaks as well as average volumes so the proposal reflects your operation.
Warehouse network & operating arrangements
Self-operated & partner warehouse network
Pomona and Irwindale, CA are self-operated warehouses. Edison, NJ, Atlanta, GA and Houston, TX are partner warehouses. All five accept customer cargo; combined network space exceeds 400,000 ft².
Experience & facility safeguards
Our team and affiliated companies have Southern California warehouse operating experience dating to 2017; this is not ArrowFeather’s founding date. All five locations have insurance and 24/7 video surveillance. COIs are available on request.
Transportation & special cargo
Port drayage and nationwide FTL/LTL delivery are arranged through partner carriers. Hazardous, temperature-controlled, oversized and overweight cargo require shipment-specific review before acceptance.
