Nationwide FTL and LTL delivery is arranged through partner carriers, or cargo can move into short-term or long-term storage. ArrowFeather has no self-operated truck fleet.

Frequently asked questions
Are port storage and other additional charges included?
Ask the quote to identify the included tasks and how any terminal, waiting, chassis or other additional charges would be handled. Do not assume that every third-party charge is included.
Can the goods go into storage after transloading?
Include storage duration and inventory details in the inquiry. The receiving location, available space and handling scope need to be confirmed before cargo is dispatched.
How are receiving, visits and pickups arranged?
Receiving, visits and pickups require appointments. Dates and times are subject to warehouse confirmation.
Warehouse network & operating arrangements
Self-operated & partner warehouse network
Pomona and Irwindale, CA are self-operated warehouses. Edison, NJ, Atlanta, GA and Houston, TX are partner warehouses. All five accept customer cargo; combined network space exceeds 400,000 ft².
Experience & facility safeguards
Our team and affiliated companies have Southern California warehouse operating experience dating to 2017; this is not ArrowFeather’s founding date. All five locations have insurance and 24/7 video surveillance. COIs are available on request.
Transportation & special cargo
Port drayage and nationwide FTL/LTL delivery are arranged through partner carriers. Hazardous, temperature-controlled, oversized and overweight cargo require shipment-specific review before acceptance.
